Our full program will include a three or four day visit that will be broken down as follows :
Day 1: Introductions to key players

Identification of Department responsibilities
Connection to local resources
Day 2: Full day of training limited only by attendance and classroom size featuring Dr. Kate Chard on workplace stress and PTSD, Sergeant Dave Corlett on PTSD in Law Enforcement and the parallels to the military community. Community groups who serve the veteran community
Day 3: Retired Sergeant Corlett and Mr. Matt Disher (Program Leader) at Cushman Wakefield and Subject Matter Expert on Military hiring and retention programs will set up an Employer and Veteran service consortium meeting in your area. This model was first used by Mr. Disher and Sergeant Corlett in Cincinnati in 2016 to connect the various military programs and resource providers in any area. These events are a fantastic networking opportunity for you to learn what is available in your own community and how you can leverage these programs to better connect with the veteran population.
Military Program Overview
1 Day program with Retired Sergeant Corlett consisting of key player identification, key relationship introductions and a full program overview giving you a great deal of information to begin your own military program.

We will facilitate the connection of military friendly employers and resources in your area.
1 day Military Employer and Resource Consortium setup
Retired Sergeant Corlett and Mr. Matt Disher (Program Leader) at Cushman Wakefield and Subject Matter Expert on Military hiring and retention programs will set up an Employer and Veteran service consortium meeting in your area. Military Recruiting services
We will help you learn how to become visible in the military community and guide you on some methods of making your agency most attractive to transitioning military. If necessary or requested, we can even attend job fairs on your behalf.
